1.  What types of leases do you offer?​

We offer leases by the semester or year.

2.  Where are you located? 

RiverWood Apartments is located at 128-130 Wood St, on the corners of Wood St & 2nd St.

3.  Are pets allowed?
We allow small, non-aggressive breed dogs under 50lbs and cats. There is a $200 non-refundable security deposit, and an additional $30 per month rent, per pet. One pet allowed per studio and 1 bedroom, 2 pets max in larger units. 

4.  How are building maintenance and repairs handled?
There is a handyman on staff who will complete repairs when repair requests have been made. Repair requests are submitted on this website at the Maintenance tab.

5.  Are utilities included in the rent?
All apartments include Wi-Fi, gas, trash and sewer. Electricity is paid additionally by
the tenant in most studios. All other tenants pay between $40-70 for a monthly utility fee depending on the size of their apartment.  

6.  What security measures are in place to make sure the building is secure?
For the safety and security of all residents, the doors to the building are locked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Individual apartments are also secured by locks.  There are security cameras on each floor of the building as well as sprinklers in case of an emergency.  

7.  What methods of payment do you accept?

The most preferable method of payment is through the tenant portal which accepts payments from your bank account or a credit card.  We also accept cashier's checks or  money orders. There is no charge to make payments via your checking account and only a 3.75% charge to use your credit card.
