RiverWood Apartments are newly renovated student apartment rentals. The building consists of 51 apartments including 25 studios, 2 - one bedrooms, 19 - two bedrooms, 4 - three bedrooms, and 1 - four bedroom unit. The building consists of unique floor plans so each apartment can vary in size and configuration. Safety is very important to you and us. The building has a current surveillance system as well as a sprinkler system on each floor. Parking can be reserved for $30 per month. ​Wi-Fi is included in the rent as well as the use of a small gym. There are also a limited number of furnished apartments including several two bedroom and three bedroom apartments and the four bedroom for a small additional fee. Small dog friendly with approval. 

In addition to two-semester leases, single semester and summer leases are available.  Inquire within. Rates vary per type of apartment by size and location in building. Security deposit is $500 pp. 

Studios include Wi-Fi, gas, water & garbage. Electricity is the tenants responsibility. (A few studios pay for the additional surcharge instead of getting their own electric account) 

 
All one bedroom thru four bedroom apartments include all utilities with an additional surcharge paid for by each tenant.
