RiverWood Apartments are college student apartments for rent conveniently located an easy two block walk to the PennWest University Campus.
Living so close to PennWest enables students to take full advantage of the student activities and university resources.
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, onsite coin laundry, refrigerator, microwave, and being steps away from neighborhood stores, businesses and restaurants. There is also small gym for tenant use only. Several furnished units are also available on the 3rd and 4th floors.
We allow small, non-aggressive breed dogs under 50lbs and cats. There is a $200 non-refundable security deposit, and an additional $30 per month rent, per pet. One pet allowed per studio and 1 bedroom, 2 pets max in larger units.
